paranine (P/9) is an AI infrastructure company based in Pakistan. It runs an OpenAI-compatible LLM gateway: one API to leading open-source models, with every request metered and billed in Pakistani rupees from a prepaid balance. The gateway, its request telemetry and its billing records run on infrastructure in Pakistan, and the team is building an NPU-native serving stack on Huawei Ascend hardware so that the inference itself can stay in the country too.
